On June 23 at 11h00, M-Net will screen the smash hit animated movie Shrek which features the voices of Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy and Cameron Diaz. The film was directed in 2001 by Andrew Adamson and Vicky Jenson.

An ogre wakes up to find his swamp overrun by fairytale characters. Seems they've been banished from their country by an evil little fellow who wants to marry princess, Fiona, who's being guarded by a fierce dragon.

If Shrek wants his swamp back, he'll have to go and find her. Accompanied by an annoyingly talkative donkey, Shrek sets off for the dragon's lair - and the biggest adventure of his life. This animated movie from Dreamworks was a smash hit around the world, and contains something to please everyone: adventure, romance, pathos and plenty of laughs.
