QQ has taken a giant leap from the PC to the TV screen. With QQ's all-new SMS2TV service on Go (Channel 84 on DStv), viewers can now join an interactive forum on their own TV. The QQ SM2TV show runs weekly from 17h00 to 18h00.

The hour-long show hosted by a Text Jockey (TJ) will include the latest music and zany video footage that will appear alongside the messages. This is the first time SMS messages are run through an interactive application and secondly the moderator - (TJ) - and the guest can be seen on a live video stream.

Viewers can also SMS GO presenters and celebrities. The Finkelsteins will be ready to "talk" to their fans on December 3.

Directions from the organisers: “To get your message on to the screen, simply SMS it to 34707 (this is a short code for MTN, Vodacom and Cell C). Please be patient, as it takes between five and ten minutes for a message to appear on screen. QQ SMS2TV is a moderated service. If you swear or are racist or abusive, your message will be "spiked" by the TJ!”
