The 4th annual Dahlonega International Film Festival (known as The DIFF), seeks brilliant, underexposed, independent filmmakers for the 2004 festival.

The DIFF is located in what festival organisers describe as “the bucolic, north Georgia Mountains” and boasts that it is the true home for the best indie films the world over. Festival dates in 2004 are September 2 to 5 and entry deadline is May 15, 2004.
