Released onto the circuit is Confidence, teaming Dustin Hoffman, Edward Burns, Rachel Weisz and Andy Garcia under the direction of James Foley.

It's a pacy, tricky thriller, said by some to suffer from style over substance, which focuses on Burns as a slick shyster specialising in ripping off big criminals - until he robs the bagman for a crooked club lord (Hoffman).

To save his skin, the conman offers to repay his debt by undertaking an elaborate sting with his crew of grifters, including seductive pickpocket Lily. However, a federal agent is on his tail.
