Friends of Music will present the internationally acclaimed, award-winning Kearsney College Choir on June 19.

This will be followed on June 26 by a recital by award-winning former Durban soprano Bronwen Forbay now living in the United States.

She will perform a recital of folk songs and arias composed by Benjamin Britten, Délibes, le Roux Marais, Messiaen, Rossini, Mozart & Verdi. Performing with her will be Stephen Pierce on piano, tenor Randell Umstead and Ryan Prijic on violin.

Both concerts take place at the Durban Jewish Centre, 44 Old Fort Road, Durban, and the starting time is 19h45. Early booking at Computicket is advised. There is safe parking.
