David Nettle and Richard Markham are Britain's foremost piano duo. Their vitality, infectious enthusiasm, remarkable ensemble and intense musical integrity have ensured their popularity as one of the most satisfying and entertaining duos before the public today.

They will give a performance for Friends of Music on April 19 at 19h45 at the SABC, 100 Old Fort Road. Please note change of venue from the usual Friends of Music concerts which take place at the Durban Jewish Centre.

Equally at home with the classics, Stravinsky, or Gershwin and Latin-American dance music, their repertoire reflects their wide range of musical tastes, as do their masterly arrangements for two pianos.

The programme includes work by Moscheles, Brahms, Saint-Saens, Chabrier, Canteloube and Rachmaninoff.
