The KZN Philharmonic Orchestra will once again be the Orchestra in residence at the National Arts Festival in Grahamstown from July 1 to 5. They will undertake various performances which includes accompanying the Cape Town City ballet in their performance of Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake.

The KZNPO will then take a short break and return to work at the end of July with The World Symphony Series Spring Season beginning on September 25 to run through until November 20. The concerts take place in the Durban City Hall at 19h30.

Other Durban dates are August 10 when the orchestra performs at the Golden Horse Casino in Pietermaritzburg and Nedbank's Music at the Lake in the Durban Botanic Gardens on September 28.
