On September 8, the KZN Philharmonic will be moving up to Pietermaritzburg to the Golden Horse Casino for a Sunset Proms Concert which will form part of the casino’s first birthday celebrations. The programme promises a mixture of well-loved classical music by, amongst others, Rossini and Gounod, together with a selection from The Sound of Music and A Tribute to Frank Sinatra. Also appearing will be the popular Pietermaritzburg “Three Tenors”. The concert starts at 15h00. A second visit to the Golden Horse Casino will take place on December 16.
