The noted Australian pianist Ali Wood will give one performance in the Tatham Art Gallery in Pietermaritzburg on September 18. This forms part of a four-month world tour in association with Rotary International. She leaves Brisbane on August 21 and eventually reaches Johannesburg on September 17.

Aged 21, Ali has already made several CD’s and was the first Australian cncert pianist to make a New York debut at Carnegie Hall. She will perform at least four concerts in South Africa before leaving on September 22 to arrive home in Sydney on November 13.
