Editor Caroline Smart and webmaster Colin Muller would like to take this opportunity of wishing regular artSMart readers and visitors a very Happy Christmas.

May this be a blessed time of peace and reflection, a time for the exchanging of gifts, a time for family unity whether it be close at hand or halfway across the globe. May we also continue to preserve the delightful tale of Santa Claus (Father Christmas) and his reindeer that brings such wonderment to children’s eyes.

In recent weeks, artSMart has carried stories of the loss to the industry of highly talented people. May their departed spirits have found peace and may their families and loved ones be given the courage to accept their passing.
