The Swami Thyagaraja Music Festival, the annual showcase of the Indian Academy’s Heritage Series presentations will take place in the Durban City Hall on May 25 at 14h30.

The programme will include songs, music and dance from international and South African artists. Tickets range from R30 to R50.

The Indian Academy’s Heritage series has several presentations. These include a performance on May 24 at 17h30 at the Stanger Siva Temple Hall held in association with Kwa Dukuza Tamil Federation. More information from Sagayen on 073 568 6464.

Another performance, Siva Mayam, takes place on May 30 at 19h00 at Shree Vaidyanathar Eesawarar Temple Hall.
