NB: as of 23 September 2008, all new artSMart articles are being published on the site news.artsmart.co.za. The Maya Dance Company is to present a Woman's Day Dance Celebration titled Goddess on August 9. This show is the work of the Maya Performance Group and tells the stories and interpretations of different Goddesses through dance. The performance takes place in Howard College Theatre on August 9 at 19h00. Tickets are R50 and available from Senta Seele on 082 829 3658.
