In association with Anglo American, the Business Day-BASA Awards have been created to recognise those who are earning their stripes through innovative and effective arts sponsorship.

Commercial companies or organisations operating in South Africa which have supported the arts between January 1 and December 31 2007 are invited to enter the 2007 Business Day-BASA Awards – no matter how small or large their sponsorship and whether in cash or kind. Sponsorship recipients may also nominate their sponsors for an award.

These awards are presented across all art disciplines in a range of categories.
